Important Security Notice
Hotel Die Port van Cleve is currently investigating a security-related incident involving suspicious WhatsApp messages that have been sent to some guests.
At this moment, we are working closely with our technology partners and relevant parties to determine:

how these messages were sent,

whether any guest information may have been accessed,

and which systems or external platforms may have been involved.
Our investigation is ongoing, and we are therefore not yet able to confirm whether any personal data has been compromised or exactly what information may have been involved.
We would like to remind guests that Hotel Die Port van Cleve will never request payments through unofficial WhatsApp messages or suspicious external websites.
As a precaution, we strongly advise guests to:

Not click on suspicious links received via WhatsApp, SMS, or email

Never share payment or credit card information through messaging applications

Verify payment requests directly with the hotel using our official contact details

Monitor bank and credit card statements for unusual activity

Contact their bank immediately if they suspect unauthorized use of payment information
