In Brasserie De Poort we serve a Royal High Tea consisting of various delicious finger sandwiches and sweets, for example:

Finger sandwiches with a filling of:
Smoked Norwegian salmon with horseradish cream, marinated cucumber, egg salad, hay smoked ham with grain mustard, roast beef with sweet and sour.

Sweets:
Scones, muffins, chocolate brownie, petit fours, Danish pastry, butter cookies & bonbons, clotted cream, orange & lemon marmalade.

The assortment of finger sandwiches and sweets changes periodically.

Tea:
A world of teas: Ceylon Young Hyson green tea, Supreme Ceylon Single origin, the original Earl Grey tea, Green tea with Jasmin flowers, Pure Chamomile flowers and Single Estate Darjeeling tea.
