Brasserie de Poort has become a well known establishment in Amsterdam since its foundation in 1870. The restaurant has maintained a tradition that has become legendary amongst many. Here you can enjoy one of the worldfamous numbered steaks. Each steak comes with its own unique, numbered certificate. If the number on your certificate is a round hundred, you will receive a bottle of wine on the house.
Relying on seasonally available Dutch produce our chef has created a menu that consists of classic and traditional Dutch dishes and several international creations. ItÂ’s simply good cooking with seasonal ingredients, put together in a simple tasteful dish with intelligence and taste. Combined with the personal service from one of our waiters this assures you a Dutch culinary experience to remember.
